Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring excellence? PT. Bali Boga Sejati is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. We are committed to delivering high-quality food products, and your role will be pivotal in maintaining our stringent standards throughout the production lifecycle.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process to guarantee that our products meet both internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory requirements. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and drive a culture of quality within the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes in real-time to identify deviations and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Perform sensory evaluations (taste, texture, appearance) and conduct laboratory tests as required by product standards.
- Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.
- Maintain accurate quality records, logs, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to improve product formulations and ensure packaging integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and ISO 9001.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Valid ID card (KTP) and willingness to work in Badung, Bali.
