Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Proficiency in quality management methodologies (ISO, Six Sigma, TQM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data interpretation abilities
- Experience with quality assurance tools and testing frameworks
- Excellent documentation and report writing capabilities
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, CQE) is preferred
