Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated testing procedures to identify system defects
- Document test results, bugs, and resolution progress in tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Validate product requirements against business specifications
- Conduct regression testing for software updates and new features
- Generate detailed quality reports with actionable recommendations
- Maintain QA documentation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Malay (Bahasa Melayu) and English
- Minimum 2 years of QA/testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, JIRA, Postman)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with bug tracking and defect management systems
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
