We seek a meticulous professional with 4-8 years of multi-project QA experience, particularly in mobile app development with iOS responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility. You will lead quality initiatives across diverse projects, implementing comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve defects before deployment. As a key member of our QA team, you'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements, execute test plans, and document findings. Your expertise in automation tools and agile methodologies will drive continuous improvement of our QA processes. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and possesses strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into actionable test cases.

- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms
- Lead QA initiatives across multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and deadlines
- Implement automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Document defects, track resolutions, and maintain detailed test case repositories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and requirements
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation for product releases
- Maintain QA documentation including test plans, scripts, and defect reports
Kualifikasi
- 4-8 years of hands-on QA experience across multiple software projects
- Proven expertise in mobile app testing (iOS responsive and cross-platform)
- Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches
- Certification in QA methodologies (ISTQB, CSTE) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
