Join MGF Sourcing as a Quality Assurance Auditor (Garment/Apparel) and become a guardian of excellence in the fashion supply chain. This critical role ensures every garment meets rigorous quality standards through systematic order inspections. You'll conduct comprehensive in-line and final inspections, meticulously verifying product specifications, stitching quality, material consistency, and compliance with customer requirements. As a quality sentinel, you'll identify deviations early, implement corrective actions, and maintain detailed documentation to uphold our reputation for superior craftsmanship. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-line inspections during production to identify quality issues at early stages
- Perform comprehensive final inspections on finished garments against specifications
- Document inspection findings with detailed reports and photographic evidence
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality defects and prevent recurrence
- Verify compliance with international garment standards and customer requirements
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality control efficiency
- Communicate inspection results clearly to stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in garment/apparel quality assurance auditing
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and quality standards
- Proficiency in inspection techniques and quality control methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify subtle defects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with AQL standards and industry compliance requirements
