Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures for electronic components and finished products
- Conduct rigorous inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with customer specifications and ISO standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance records
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of excellence
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to industry-specific requirements (e.g., IPC, J-STD)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance within electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology, root cause analysis)
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Familiarity with electronics testing equipment and inspection methodologies
