In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our educational software platforms deliver seamless, reliable, and high-quality experiences to thousands of students and educators across Indonesia.
As our QA Engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and end-user satisfaction. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, uncovering potential bottlenecks, and upholding the highest standards of software integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and prioritize defect resolution.
- Track, document, and report bugs in detail using standard issue-tracking tools like Jira or Trello.
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews to advocate for software quality from the early stages of development.
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing to ensure new releases maintain system stability.
- Monitor production health and assist in troubleshooting issues reported by users.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Cypress).
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
