Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular Quality Control (QC) inspections on raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to Halal certification requirements and relevant food safety regulations (e.g., MDA standards).
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including non-conformance reports, audit records, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits and external regulatory inspections to maintain certification standards.
- Analyze product specifications and customer feedback to drive quality improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Halal Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Management Trainee position.
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in QA/QC, Halal compliance, or food safety are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
