Platinumetrix Global Innovations is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee our quality standards and ensure the delivery of top-tier products. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing quality processes within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, managing a dedicated team of QA professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will ensure that all products meet strict industry standards and client expectations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Assurance strategies and test plans.
- Lead a team of QA engineers and analysts to ensure high standards of product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and system defects efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Implement automation testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Train and mentor junior QA staff to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Lead or QA Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA), and best practices.
- Experience in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in managing the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
