Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans for financial systems
- Validate financial business processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify, document, and track defects through the entire software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after updates
- Participate in requirements analysis to define test criteria and acceptance standards
- Generate detailed test reports and provide recommendations for quality improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in financial systems
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle defects
- Experience with defect tracking systems and test management tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues
