Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate hospital operations to ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular internal audits and document compliance findings to support hospital accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective corrective action plans.
- Analyze data trends regarding patient care and administrative workflows to drive operational excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding compliance status and quality improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on updated quality standards and best practices in healthcare documentation.
- Manage incident reporting systems and oversee root-cause analysis for quality-related variances.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, or Risk Management, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of local healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for reporting and interdepartmental coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
