Are you a Registered Nurse looking to leverage your clinical background in a dynamic corporate environment? We are seeking two detail-oriented PHRN QA Analysts to join our growing US Healthcare account in Pasig. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence by auditing calls, documentation, and processes to ensure they meet stringent US healthcare compliance standards.
You will work closely with operations teams to provide actionable insights, facilitate coaching sessions, and drive continuous improvement in service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits of voice and non-voice transactions to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and quality standards.
- Provide objective feedback to team members to improve performance and quality outcomes.
- Analyze quality trends and identify areas for process improvements or training needs.
- Participate in calibration sessions with operations and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Maintain 100% compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the training department to develop remediation plans for low-performing agents.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid Quality Assurance experience within the BPO industry.
- Deep understanding of US Healthcare processes, terminology, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quality monitoring software/tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines in Pasig.
