In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper of our products, ensuring that our innovative web and system solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance before they reach our clients.
As part of our dynamic development cycle, you will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify potential issues, automate testing processes, and streamline the software development lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects thoroughly using bug-tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and bridge gaps in technical documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning and design reviews to provide early quality feedback.
- Analyze user stories and technical requirements to create robust test scenarios.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and suggest process improvements to the engineering team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Postman).
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and API testing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
