Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and test cases based on product requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects in the system using established bug tracking tools
- Perform comprehensive testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Create detailed test documentation, including test cases, reports, and quality metrics
- Participate in requirements analysis to identify potential test scenarios and edge cases
- Work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and business objectives
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manual software testing and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills for effective defect reporting and team collaboration
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
