We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Staff to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will ensure that our seafood products meet the highest international standards for safety, quality, and consistency.
As a QA Staff, you will be involved in every stage of production—from inspecting raw materials to monitoring processes and conducting final product checks. You will expand your knowledge of international quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs.
- Document all quality control activities, including test results and non-conformance reports.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and interpret test results.
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and facilitating inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of products in accordance with regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with seafood processing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience is not required.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta Barat and adapt to shift schedules if needed.
