Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform quality control tests using specialized equipment and established protocols
- Document quality metrics and prepare detailed QC reports for management review
- Identify non-conforming products and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards (ISO, SPC)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and documentation software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred
