Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial and operational data
- Proficiency in risk management frameworks and internal control principles
- Familiarity with IT/Communications industry standards and regulations
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
