Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies and test plans aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough manual and automated testing of manufacturing processes and products.
- Identify, document, and prioritize software and system bugs with precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal quality management systems.
- Train junior staff and other departments on quality standards and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a QA or Quality Control role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings to management.
