Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all products/services meet defined quality standards.
- Document and report non-conformities and track corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential process bottlenecks.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with BPJS and local labor regulations regarding safety and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle deviations from standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
