- Conduct regular audits of information systems and data entry processes to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze current workflows to identify potential risks or inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, delivery performance, and compliance status for management review.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to QA protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality checks and audit findings to track improvement trends over time.
- Communicate quality assurance results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Data Management, or a similar support role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or medical billing terminology is a plus.
