We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Staff to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Citeureup, West Java. In this critical role, you will ensure our cosmetic products meet the highest industry standards by implementing rigorous quality control protocols. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation, mastering certification processes including CPKB, ISO 22716, and Halal Cosmetics standards, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation including SOPs, inspection reports, and compliance records
- Implement and monitor CPKB, ISO 22716, and Halal Cosmetics certification processes
- Conduct regular quality audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Investigate product quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to establish quality benchmarks
- Ensure all products comply with national and international cosmetic regulations
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and certification renewals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality assurance within cosmetics manufacturing
- Deep understanding of CPKB, ISO 22716, and Halal Cosmetics standards
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and audit methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control software and testing equipment
