Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate quality assurance activities across all BOPP production lines
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for quality-related issues
- Train and mentor quality control staff on inspection techniques and quality standards
- Develop and update quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the plastics or packaging industry
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality control methodologies
- Familiarity with BOPP film production processes is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical analysis techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
