Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential UX improvements.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed status reports to the development team.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure quality is integrated throughout the SDLC.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, with a strong interest in test automation.
- Proficiency in SQL for database verification and testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
