TNO Project Management is seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Manager (QEHS/IMS) to drive our standards across both construction and manufacturing sectors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Integrated Management Systems, ensuring rigorous compliance with international standards and local regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS) frameworks across operations.
- Lead internal and external audit programs to ensure full compliance with ISO standards and local regulations.
- Oversee Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) policies within construction and manufacturing sites.
- Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders regarding compliance reporting and audits.
- Manage risk assessments and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Quality & Compliance, specifically within Construction and Manufacturing industries.
- Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) implementation and auditing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change towards quality excellence.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is a distinct advantage.
