Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with international standards (ISO)
- Document quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control/assurance within manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and statistical analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
