We are seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality assurance for prestigious residential and high-rise developments, ensuring every project meets the highest international standards of excellence.
As a QC Engineer, you will act as the guardian of quality, bridging the gap between technical design and on-site execution. We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage construction management processes, enforce strict safety protocols, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive quality audits for luxury residential and high-rise construction projects.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly comply with national building codes (SNI) and specific project blueprints.
- Verify the quality of raw materials and construction techniques used on-site to prevent defects.
- Prepare detailed daily reports on project status, identify structural defects, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Manage the submittal process for engineering materials and ensure timely approvals from relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience specifically in Quality Control and Construction Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing quality standards for high-rise buildings and luxury residential complexes.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian construction standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
