- Develop and execute comprehensive quality control training programs for staff
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance employee performance and compliance standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Quality Management
- 3+ years experience in quality control or coaching roles
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Experience developing training materials and assessment tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking
