Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of construction materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform on-site quality audits and documentation reviews throughout project phases
- Identify non-conformities and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed quality control reports and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within construction/engineering
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards and regulations
- Proficiency in quality control tools and testing methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
