Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
- Conduct comprehensive audits of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various project stages
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control documentation and inspection reports
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, TIA-942) and local regulations
- Utilize quality control tools and methodologies to identify and mitigate risks
- Train site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction quality control, preferably in data center projects
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Certification in quality control (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quality control software and inspection tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
