Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of construction materials, processes, and completed work
- Document all quality control activities, including test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements
- Prepare and submit quality control reports to project management and stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging quality control technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality standards
- Certification in quality control or quality management is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quality control software and documentation systems
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
