Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans for civil construction projects
- Conduct on-site inspections of materials, workmanship, and structural compliance
- Perform laboratory testing and field verification of concrete, soil, and other construction materials
- Document quality findings, prepare inspection reports, and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to resolve quality issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, local building codes, and project specifications
- Train site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices
- Monitor safety protocols and environmental compliance during construction phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of quality control experience in civil construction
- Proficiency in quality testing methods and equipment (concrete, soil, asphalt)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards (JKR, CIDB) and ISO 9001
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, CQE) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in quality control software and reporting tools
