Rusli Vinilon Sakti is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inprocess Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Cileungsi, Jawa Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout the production process. Your primary focus will be executing the POAC (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management function to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We are looking for a leader who can effectively manage quality control functions during active production runs. You will play a key role in identifying defects, implementing corrective actions, and mentoring quality assurance staff to maintain our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the in-process quality inspection process during active production shifts.
- Execute the POAC (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to monitor, control, and improve production quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry regulations.
- Analyze quality data and production reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence of quality issues.
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent application of quality procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality metrics, non-conformities, and improvement logs.
- Report quality performance to management and participate in continuous improvement meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Vocational Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or textile industry.
- Deep understanding of quality control principles and the POAC (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management cycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and production reports.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and guide a team.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and strict adherence to safety protocols.
