- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using precision measuring instruments
- Verify product specifications against technical drawings and quality standards
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality control records
- Identify and report quality non-conformities to supervisors
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Participate in developing and updating quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry-specific quality standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of quality control experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of quality control methodologies
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
