Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process furniture components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality specifications
- Document quality discrepancies using standardized reporting tools and maintain accurate inspection records
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.) to verify dimensional accuracy and material integrity
- Perform visual inspections for surface defects, structural integrity, and finish quality according to industry standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality management systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification; associate degree in engineering or quality management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within furniture or manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and quality control documentation
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify subtle defects and inconsistencies
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001)
- Basic computer skills for data entry and quality reporting systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
