Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in luxury hospitality projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international building codes
- Monitor construction progress and identify quality deviations through systematic site audits
- Prepare detailed quality control reports with photographic documentation and corrective action plans
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Verify installation of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing infrastructure against technical drawings
- Implement quality assurance protocols for materials testing and equipment verification
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of MEP quality control experience in construction/hospitality projects
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting construction specifications
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) or MEP inspection standards
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international safety standards
- Experience with quality control documentation and reporting tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
