Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of production areas to monitor quality control processes
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for compliance with quality standards
- Document and report any quality issues or deviations from established procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality problems
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all quality control activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in technical field
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills for reporting quality issues
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Physical ability to perform patrols and inspections in production areas
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
