Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure strict compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Monitor production lines and processes in the field to identify quality deviations and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all test results, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards.
- Collaborate closely with the production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and sustain process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene protocols, safety regulations, and environmental standards within the facility.
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, providing clear evidence of quality control measures.
- Train junior staff or production personnel on basic quality assurance procedures when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and ISO quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian and English.
