Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control results and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Identify, analyze, and report quality deviations using statistical methods
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with ISO standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and instruments
- Train junior staff on quality control protocols and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
