Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, machinery, and finished can products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document quality control findings, defects, and non-conformances using standardized reporting systems
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards and customer specifications
- Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train production staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Monitor calibration of inspection equipment and maintain quality assurance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with technical certification in quality control or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing or packaging industry
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers) and quality control software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
