Tanggung Jawab
- Perform quality inspections on hydraulic manufacturing products using Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and other non-destructive testing methods
- Ensure all products comply with established quality standards and specifications
- Document and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner
- Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues
- Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during quality inspections
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in quality control, preferably in hydraulic manufacturing
- Familiarity with Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and other non-destructive testing methods
- Knowledge of quality standards and specifications in the manufacturing industry
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects and deviations
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
