Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) of welded joints to verify compliance with project specifications
- Inspect welding materials, equipment, and processes to ensure adherence to industry standards
- Document inspection results in detailed reports with photographic evidence and recommendations
- Collaborate with welding teams and project managers to resolve quality issues
- Verify calibration of inspection tools and equipment
- Monitor welding procedures and workmanship during fabrication and installation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality policies
Kualifikasi
- Certification as a Welding Inspector (CSWIP, API, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in welding QC within construction or manufacturing
- Proficiency in NDT methods (UT, RT, PT, MT)
- Strong knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME, ISO)
- Ability to interpret blueprints, welding procedures, and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
