Join China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia as a Quality Control/Site Supervisor for our exciting project in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to work on a significant construction project while enjoying the beautiful island of Bali. Our work schedule follows a rooster system with 10 weeks of work followed by 12 days of leave (for those based outside Bali). As a Quality Control/Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of construction quality and site management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, conducting regular inspections, and implementing quality control measures to meet project specifications. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards, as well as the ability to identify and address quality issues promptly. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks at various stages of construction.
- Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate construction teams to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspections, and site reports.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control and site supervision in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Valid certifications in quality control or construction management (preferred).
- Experience working on construction projects in Indonesia (preferred).
