Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality inspections of fresh produce and finished goods to comply with company and regulatory standards
- Implement and maintain quality control documentation systems for traceability and compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage conditions and minimize quality degradation
- Analyze quality metrics and recommend process improvements for efficiency and product integrity
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols including HACCP and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and establish quality benchmarks
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices for handling fresh produce
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles
- Proven background in fresh produce, food processing, or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in food safety or quality management systems preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proficiency in quality control software and documentation systems
