Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform quality control tests using calibrated equipment and measurement tools
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality control records
- Identify product defects and recommend corrective actions to production teams
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures according to ISO standards
- Analyze quality data trends and prepare inspection reports
- Collaborate with R&D to improve product specifications and quality benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma)
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, spectrometers)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is advantageous
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
