Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials and finished packaging products
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols and documentation systems
- Perform statistical analysis of production data to identify quality trends
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly
- Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment and instruments
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other industry quality standards
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance
- Proficiency in quality testing methodologies and statistical tools
- Strong attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and manufacturing quality standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes preferred
