Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols aligned with ISO standards
- Document quality issues and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment to ensure accuracy
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management review
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; technical certification or degree in engineering preferred
- 1+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Excellent attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in quality documentation software
