Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Document quality control findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
- Identify and investigate product non-conformities, implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding quality concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification in technical field
- Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
