Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect textile products at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and document quality issues, reporting findings to production management
- Conduct thorough testing of materials and finished products according to specifications
- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies
- Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within the textile industry
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes and quality standards
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using quality control software and equipment
