Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive product inspections and quality audits throughout production cycles
- Document quality control findings using standardized reporting systems and KPIs
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming products and processes
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry-specific quality standards
- Train junior staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Participate in supplier quality assessments and material inspections
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing quality control
- Proficiency with quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA) and inspection equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced production environments
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
