Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes
- Document quality control activities, maintain inspection records, and prepare comprehensive quality reports
- Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on emerging quality technologies and methodologies to enhance control systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing or logistics
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or ISO 9001 auditing preferred
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, Gage R&R) and inspection equipment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office suite
